Klezmer musician Nat Seelen will lead an interactive discussion on the musical and cultural roots of klezmer, a musical tradition that has set the tone for centuries of Jewish weddings and celebrations. We will learn 'what makes klezmer sound like klezmer' through listening and singing along to tunes from the standard repertoire.
