In Search of Israeli Cuisine is a portrait of Israeli culture told through food. Michael Solomonov, the James Beard award winning chef/owner of Zahav profiles chefs, cooks, farmers, cheese makers, and vintners from the more than 100 cultures that make up Israel today - Jewish, Arab, Muslim, Christian, Druze.
